What is included in the concierge service?+

A 30-minute Zoom consultation with the founder to understand your situation, one court-ready document prepared for your province (affidavit, motion, demand letter, statement of claim, statement of defence, or tribunal application), one free revision, and delivery in Word and PDF within 24 hours.

How is this different from the $19.99 self-serve option?+

The self-serve tool walks you through a questionnaire and generates a document from your answers. The concierge service means a human is on the other end — we interview you, ask follow-ups, catch things you may have missed, and draft the document with more nuance than a questionnaire can capture. Best for higher-stakes matters or when the facts are complex.

Is this legal advice?+

No. BeProSe is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We prepare a properly formatted document based on the facts you give us. For legal advice on strategy or outcome, speak to a licensed lawyer or paralegal in your province.

How fast is delivery?+

We aim for 24 hours from the Zoom call to document delivery. If your deadline is tighter than that, email jonny@beprose.ca before you pay and we will confirm the timeline.

What if I need the document changed after delivery?+

One revision is included. Tell us what you want changed and we will turn a revised version around within 24 hours. Additional revisions are available on request.

Do you offer a refund?+

If we schedule the consultation and cannot prepare a usable document for your situation, we will refund in full. If we deliver a document and you change your mind, we can offer a partial refund depending on how far the work progressed.
